Information shared during mentoring, or coaching sessions is treated as confidential.

However, confidentiality may be limited when:

  • There is a perceived risk of harm to yourself or others

  • Abuse or neglect of a child, elder, or vulnerable individual is suspected

  • Disclosure is otherwise required by law

In such circumstances, mandatory reporting or legal obligations may supersede confidentiality.

5. Scheduling, Fees, and Cancellations

Scheduling, fees, rescheduling, and cancellation policies are communicated at the time of booking and may vary by service.

Failure to attend a scheduled session without appropriate notice may result in forfeiture of the session fee, unless otherwise stated.
