To support continuity and reflection, brief AI-generated session summaries may be used by Dr. Podhaisky for internal reference only. These summaries:

  • Are non-clinical and not part of a medical record

  • Are not shared with third parties

  • Are deleted within 30 days

AI tools are used solely to support coaching continuity and do not replace human judgment.

4. Confidentiality and Legal Limits

Communications during mentoring or coaching sessions are treated as confidential.

However, confidentiality may be limited when:

  • There is a perceived risk of serious harm to yourself or others

  • Abuse or neglect of a child, elder, or vulnerable individual is suspected

In such cases, information may be disclosed to appropriate authorities as legally required.

Services provided:
