Our services include coaching, mentoring, and educational consulting. They are not medical care, psychotherapy, or mental health treatment.

  • Scheduling details for appointments

  • Written communications (emails, intake forms, or messages)

We do not intentionally collect sensitive medical or mental health records.

3. Sessions, Recordings, and AI Use

  • Sessions are not audio or video recorded.

  • No permanent recordings of sessions are made.

  • Brief AI-generated session summaries may be used by Dr. Podhaisky solely for internal review and continuity of coaching.

  • These summaries are not shared and are deleted within 30 days.

4. Confidentiality

All communications during coaching, mentoring, or consulting sessions are treated as confidential.

However, confidentiality has important legal limits.

Confidentiality does not apply if there is:

  • A perceived threat of serious harm to yourself or others

  • Suspected abuse or neglect of a child, elder, or vulnerable person

  • A legal obligation to disclose information (including mandatory reporting)

In such cases, disclosure may occur to appropriate authorities as required by law.

5. Not Medical or Mental Health Care

Our services:

  • Do not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or therapy

  • Do not replace care from licensed medical or mental health professionals

Clients are encouraged to seek appropriate medical or mental health care for any physical, emotional, or psychological concerns.

6. Data Protection

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure. Information is accessed only as necessary to provide services.

No method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may use trusted third-party platforms for:

  • Scheduling

  • Payment processing

  • Website hosting

These services have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their practices.
