Confident Beginnings Mentoring Agreement

Welcome to Confident Beginnings.
This agreement outlines the expectations, scope, and structure of the Confident Beginnings mentoring program so that all participants feel informed, supported, and clear.

By enrolling in the Confident Beginnings program, you agree to the following terms:

Program Overview

Confident Beginnings is a small-group mentoring and educational program designed to support parents through their baby’s first year of life with guidance, reassurance, and practical insight.

The program includes six group sessions, typically occurring when your child is approximately:

  • 1 month

  • 2 months

  • 4 months

  • 6 months

  • 9 months

  • 12 months

Sessions are held in a small-group setting. Cohorts meet on a consistent weekday Monday through Thursday at 10:00 AM Pacific Time, based on cohort placement.

Cohort placement and start dates are discussed during the Parent Clarity Call and confirmed after enrollment.

Scope of Services

Confident Beginnings provides mentoring, education, developmental guidance, and parenting support.

This program does not provide medical care, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency services and does not replace care from your child’s pediatrician or other licensed healthcare providers. Participation in this program does not establish a physician-patient relationship.

Attendance & Participation

  • Enrollment secures your place in a specific cohort.

  • Regular attendance is encouraged to support group continuity and connection.

  • Missed sessions are not refundable.

  • Make-up sessions are not provided.

Between-Session Communication

Questions related to scheduling, logistics, or clarification of session topics may be submitted via the website contact form.

Confident Beginnings does not include ongoing individualized mentoring, coaching, or clinical advice outside of scheduled group sessions.

Additional Support

If additional, individualized support is desired outside of scheduled group sessions, parents may book separate consultation appointments through the website. These sessions are optional, scheduled independently, and billed separately from the Confident Beginnings program.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Enrollment fees are non-refundable after booking.

  • Missed sessions (“no-shows”) are considered fulfilled.

  • If you are unable to continue in the program, your place in the cohort is forfeited.

This policy ensures fairness and consistency for all participants in the group.

Program Termination

Confident Beginnings reserves the right to discontinue a participant’s involvement in the program if participation becomes disruptive, unsafe, or inconsistent with the respectful and supportive environment of the group. In such cases, enrollment fees are non-refundable.

Participants may discontinue their participation at any time; however, enrollment fees remain non-refundable, and missed sessions are not replaced.

Confidentiality

To maintain a safe and supportive group environment, participants agree to respect the privacy of others. Personal information shared within the group should remain confidential and not discussed outside of the program.

By enrolling in the Confident Beginnings program, you acknowledge that:

  • You have read and understand this agreement

  • You understand the scope, structure, and expectations of the program

  • You agree to participate respectfully and responsibly
