Confident Beginnings Private Mentorship Agreement

Welcome to Confident Beginnings.

This agreement outlines the expectations, scope, and structure of the Confident Beginnings six-month private mentorship so that we both enter this partnership with clarity and mutual understanding.

By enrolling in Confident Beginnings, you agree to the following terms:

Program Overview

Confident Beginnings is a six-month private mentorship designed to support expecting parents and parents of young infants with steady, personalized guidance during their baby’s first year.

The mentorship includes:

  • Twelve (12) private 1:1 sessions (approximately every two weeks)

  • Ongoing email support between sessions

  • A thoughtfully designed Parent Handbook to support reflection and integration

Session scheduling is coordinated directly between Dr. Gary and the enrolled family after payment is received.

Scope of Services

Confident Beginnings provides coaching, education, perspective, and support for parents.

This mentorship:

  • Focuses on parental understanding, confidence, and reflection

  • Offers pediatric-informed perspective on common early parenting experiences and developmental stages

This program does not provide medical care, diagnosis, treatment, psychotherapy, or emergency services and does not replace care from your child’s pediatrician or other licensed healthcare providers.

Participation in this mentorship does not establish a physician-patient relationship.

Participation & Scheduling

This mentorship is relationship-based and collaborative.

Scheduled sessions are reserved specifically for you. If you need to reschedule, 24-hour notice is required.

Missed sessions without notice may be considered fulfilled.

The six-month container begins at the time of enrollment.

Between-Session Support

Brief questions related to session topics may be submitted via email between scheduled sessions.

Between-session support is intended to:

  • Clarify concepts discussed in sessions

  • Offer general perspective or reassurance

  • Support continued integration

It does not include emergency support or medical guidance.

Investment & Refund Policy

Enrollment secures your six-month private mentorship container.

All payments are non-refundable.

Payment plans, if selected, remain due according to the agreed schedule.

Program Termination

Confident Beginnings reserves the right to discontinue the mentorship if participation becomes unsafe, inappropriate, or inconsistent with a respectful working relationship.

In such cases, payments remain non-refundable.

Participants may discontinue mentorship at any time; however, payments remain non-refundable.

Confidentiality

All conversations within private sessions are treated as confidential within the limits of applicable law.

By enrolling in Confident Beginnings, you acknowledge that:

  • You have read and understand this agreement

  • You understand the scope and structure of the mentorship

  • You agree to participate respectfully and responsibly
