Cancellation & No-Show Policy

I value our time together and do my best to offer flexible, respectful scheduling.

Free Parent Clarity Calls

• These calls may be canceled or rescheduled at any time.

• There is no fee or penalty for cancellation.

Paid Coaching Sessions

• Coaching sessions may be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time.

• Sessions canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the start time are non-refundable.

• Missed sessions (“no-shows”) are considered fulfilled and are not refunded or rescheduled.

This policy applies to individual coaching sessions and coaching packages.

Late Arrivals

• Sessions will end at the scheduled time.

• Late arrivals may result in a shortened session.

By booking a session, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
