Free Parent Clarity Calls

• These calls may be canceled or rescheduled at any time.

• There is no fee or penalty for cancellation.

Paid Consultations

• Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time.

• Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the start time are non-refundable.

• Appointments booked within 24 hours of the scheduled time are non-refundable.

• Missed appointments (“no-shows”) are considered fulfilled and will not be refunded or rescheduled.

Late Arrivals

• Sessions will end at the scheduled time.

• Late arrivals may result in a shortened session.
